Mack Warranty and PC Nation (How they will treat you in a pinch.)

I would not buy direct. Call Pearl at PC Nation.

Do you have a link to the warranty you bought ? I was thinking of getting the Nikon ESC, but it has 2 disadvantages:

  • It is non-transferable (cannot be used to get more money should I decide to sell the camera)
  • It does not cover accidental damage, while the warranty you bought clearly does

I've been at the Mack camera store and they're okay by the local standards (which may not mean much to people living outside of this region as being rude to customers is more the normal attitude around here).

Mack is a bit of a sloppy operation, but they seem to make good on their warranty, just as Pearl said they would.

Have you ever emailed or exchanged with her?

I bought about $5-6K worth of goods from her and got pinpoint accurate communications and support well after the sale.

She makes no mark-up and you can get 'plain English' answers to any questions.
