A shot like this is easy enough with a 18-200 and f/6.3. Using the longer focal length like 200 helps a lot. Also make sure there is good separation from the background. The closer the foreground image is and the more separation the better. With a close object it is quite easy and requires less separation.A larger aperture makes things easier, of course (and sometimes harder. lol)

The following was taken with an actual Tamron 18-200 lens at f/6.3. There was not a large amount of background separation either. Excuse the noise, it was a bit dark at the time
