I've used Nikons before.  In jpeg, I find Nikon to have sallow (for me) skin tones, and Olympus has a warmer, more "romanticized" look.  This is evident in your comparison.  I note and emphasize that this is all personal preference, and there's no absolute "better."  If you want a more Nikonish look to your Oly files, then I'll suggest cooling the WB and go from there (in raw or in camera tweaks).  I would suggest, however, that you shoot the Oly in portrait jpeg for a while and see if you acclimate.  You may yet prefer it, and it never hurts to shoot Raw + jpeg.
