Sorry but they would still paid me the same amount if I did not give them the ideas. They did not hire me with contract that said that i have to solve these technical problems.

I agree that they own them. Because they paid for all the money for patent paper work, atterny etc. Its costs a lot.

For me, I did not give them any idea for which I did not know at least one more way of doing it. (after 2 patents I realized that they just patent any good idea that I give them so ... )  I just can't use exact same idea but I can go around it if I really want to.
