Re: Actually G15 is bulky & heavy...

I always wonder if such limited perspective is based upon ignorance, arrogance, or perhaps a little of both. The G15 has a longer zoom, better IS, better JPEG processing, brighter lens, and is about $150 cheaper. For my needs, I would probably choose the RX100, but which is "better" is most certainly a matter of perspective.

It is all about IQ, my friend. IF better IS, better JPEG processing, brighter lens don't lead to BETTER IQ than IMO they don't have practical value .

Sorry, it is (in my case) not all about iq. I am not a pixel peeper, and on my monitor or prints, I barely see any difference in iq, so... It is also about dimensions, and (in my case) the G15 is small enough, but not too small for my hands. But most important, it is (in my case) about options. An ovf, great macro, gray filter, good stabilization, 140mm zoom at f:2.8!
