Is the OMD-EM5 for Pros?

Unfortunately no.

While it is most capable of taking excellent photos I don't believe most pros would be happy with the focus situation.  At my niece's wedding I was taking snap shots as they walked down the aisle towards me.  The first shot was fine but as they advanced the camera could not find focus and I was limited to the one and only shot I got.  I don't believe I ever experienced that with an SLR.  I have had similar problems with a Sony Nex 7.  Great for snap shooting but a pro would never put up with the hesitation to focus after the first shot is taken.  These are both in the single shot focus mode.  I have never used CAF so I can't speak for that, but I have noted others have commented negatively on that mode as well.
