Re: samsung galaxy s3 smeary iq - just mine??

Samsung are very apologetic that I have a faulty camera and seem to be hopeful that the fact that I have one known fault in the camera is suggestive that there is some general malaise with it that is affecting the camera.  interestingly, from about 50 pics taken I have 2 very good ones, one taken inside and one outside under shade.  All  other are ghastly ,   just 2 seemingly random photos are standouts , quality wise, compared to all the rest.  So I am hopeful that a replacement phone will show an improvement.  I am starting to suspect it's a fault, rather than the quality of the camera, else why would there be 2 really good ones in among the rubbish?

BTW, the samsung man I spoke to today has one himself and has no trouble like this.

for example, if I take a shot in good light, of grass, there will not be one recognisable blade of grass, just a smeary mess.
