Ultimately it depends on your final print/digital image size you will deliver and the lighting conditions in the office (next to a window with sun/overcast/blinds etc.)

I have personally done indoor shots using a similar combination (using SB-900 & Westcott softbox) and was able to get away with ISO 2500 (some even at ISO 3200). Applied slight chrominance NR in LR and that was it. The final product was delivered at 24MP, so with down sampling it was even better (even then, it was much higher in res than the client’s needs).
