Pacsafe bags overkill?
I recently purchased my first DSLR (D5100) and a decent Kata bag to carry it. Where I currently live is very safe. However, I will soon be traveling in the Philippines and Thailand.
Should I invest in a pacsafe bag? Or am I just being paranoid? I only own a few expensive things like my laptop (which I wont bring) and my camera. Obviously I don't want it to be stolen but maybe a pacsafe bag is too much?
Also, is a 25L bag enough for my camera (if in a smaller bag like a crumpler haven or similar) and maybe some water and a change of clothes for just walking around during the day? I only carry the camera and one lens, thus far, and a battery. Thanks for any and all thoughts.
