Is that really helpful advice? You advised dumping his existing system for a whole new system for thousands of dollars without really saying why.

Because I am familiar with the capabilities of that stuff and he does not seem to think what he has is doing the job he wants to do.?

I'd be willing to bet he is a better Dermatologist than photographer.

The set up I recommended is flexible; and after a small amount of dialing in, could easily be operated by an office assistant.
