In a word "Fantastic", the November issue of "Flypast" Magazine featured the Mozzie; bought it for that alone. What a fabulous job in restoring her to flying condition. It's a shame we don't have a flying example here in the UK, some in museums including at Salisbury Hall the Mozzie's spiritual home.

I've got loads of slides of RR299, BAe's Mozzie that was tragically lost along with the Pilot and observer in July 1996 - sadly missed. These include several landing on one engine at RAF Manston in Kent; ultimately it was a carburretor fault leading to a loss of power to the left engine that caused her demise.

Thanks, Robert.

It was a really fantastic day and so good to see the old warbirds flying. Hopefully I'll have some more photos to add in a couple of weeks.

How is the progress on the "People's Mosquito" project? Are they still some way off completion?
