Assuming that you are pixel peeping camera shake blur depends on the pixel density per angle of field of view. In simple terms a camera with more total MPs is perceived to be more susceptible to shake (when pixel peeping) than  a camera with less total MPs. This assumes that both cameras compose the same scene (the same field of view). It also assumes that you are pixel peeping.

I am making all this caveats because he camera shake in a printed image is more or less pixel density independent.
