It's all about the high ISO and DR capabilities of the E-PM2 sensor.

If you find that would shoot mostly below 1000-1200 ISO with an EP3 then the cost benefit analysis tilts toward the E-P3.

I shoot a lot of snap shots indoors with a Sigma 30mm 2.8 and I know that the 1600 to 3200 ISO of the E-M5/E-PM2 sensor would be a life saver.   I don't allow my E-PL1 to exceed 1200 ISO.
