Upgrade Tokina 20-35 2.8 to ef 20-35L?
Dear fellow Cankn users
I may have a chance to get a Canon EF 20-35 L for a reasonable price. I currenty use a Tokina AT-X Pro 235 f/2.8 one my 5D Mk II. The Tokina is a pretty unexiting lens. No big flaws, and no real big strengths. So here comes the question to the ones who had the chance to try both: would the Canon offer more? I also have some concerns on the fact that the Canon would not be serviced any more. If anything brakes, it would be a useless brick. I don't know how robust the Canon is, but the Tokina is like a tank.
I recently upgraded most of my lenses to Canon L, and it's like a virus. Love the colours, sharpness, AF ...
