It would be a nice feature, but I would think that you could pick and ISO that would keep you out of trouble, and also consider changing modes when shooting moving subjects.  That's typically what people do.  Aperture for static scenes, and S mode for action.

In my film days, I had to decide what ISO to use, and then there was no going back, except I have been known to rewind a partially shot 100 ISO roll, to put in a 400 for some night shots, and then put the 100 back in the next day.  I think sometimes we forget how much flexibility and control we have already with digital cameras.
