Hairline fractures on the OMD LCD bezel -- check yours!

Mine cracked too. Less than a month old. No rough handling. Less than 500 shutter clicks.

At first I did not see it but the slight bulge in the frame made me look a lot closer.  A  bulge in the frame and dimple below the screw head! Classic signs of overtightening of the screw during assembly I reckon. Not bothered unless it lets water in and the camera blows up in my hand :-).

If Oly do a recall or start a fix under warranty I'll go for it otherwise I guess Luton cameras will get a call further down the road if it gets worse.  I recently changed a cracked screen on my E3... no big deal and less than £20.  This one looks easy enough too if push comes to shove.

Until then I'll be having a ball with this superb camera.
