Re: Lens selection for Olympus OMD em 5 / 20mm vs 25mm

Both are good lenses.  The Panasonic 20/1.7 is an older lens and is a pancake design.  It is very well like.  It also is reported to focus a little slower than the Panasonic 25/1.4.  I brought the Pansonic 25/1.4 to go along with my Olympus 12/2.0 and 45/1.8.  The Panasonic 25/1.4 is a fantastic lens.  The images from has a specially nice look to it.   I am really pleased with this lens.  The only complaints are that the lens hood doesn't reverse on the lens for storage, and that in very rare situations the lens can chatter due to the aperature blades opening and closing really quick.
