Need helpful tips for party photography
Well, it's kind of hard to determine what would be best for you without knowing what the "party" situation is. Is it at night? How is the lighting? What kind of space are you working with? I would prep yourself for the worst case scenario of tight spaces and terrible lighting. SO, a decent external flash with some sort of diffuser would be very helpful and of course a fast lens. But, fast lenses are pretty pricey. I would at least get a fast prime lens, maybe a 50mm 1.8 or 24mm 2.8 ect. and work the room. If that isn't possible, put yourself into a similar situation at home or with friends before you go to the job and do test shooting to find what works the best for you. I hope this helps, hopefully someone else chimes in on this lol
