#16 is particularly blurry, but from my view of it she appears to have some degree of motion blur, not simply defocusing (although she may well be outside the focal plane).

So what if you just didn't hold the camera steady enough? If you want to rule out lens issues, test with non-moving subjects. If it works then, it will also work for moving subjects, provided that your technique is adequate.

By the way, some USM would make this image perfectly acceptable in terms of sharpness.
