Which lens with 650D
No, Josie, your question is by no means naive. My first camera was the 600D which I bought 12 months ago with the 18-55 IS mk 11 lens. I added the 55-250 IS & they served me very well. IQ for such low cost [missleading to call them "cheap"] lenses, is very good indeed & will do your 650D justice. I don't know much about the new 18-135 STM except that it is better for video. My personal favourite is the 15-85. Expensive but IMO worth every penny. Any of these 4 will give excellent images. Enjoy.
