According to DxOMark and my daughter's D300, there is almost no benefit of the Lo ISO setting of ISO 100 in that it is simply an ISO 200 setting overexposed by one stop.  There is no net loss of Dynamic Range but that range is shifted for a loss of one stop of "highlight headroom".
