Any harm charging battery in camera?
I've got an electric shaver that I've charged for maybe 15 years that way and I'm still on the original battery. But then the shaver takes horrible pictures.
Just got my 6 yesterday and I hope the battery improves with some cycles on it. If not I'll be picking up some spare batteries and an external charger. They are inexpensive.
So far the 6 seems like a pretty easy camera to figure out. With the on screen help, you really don't need to refer to the manual. Tried the auto HDR on my car in an extreme light situation and then in standard mode. The HDR auto really pulled up the shadow detail nicely and didn't make for a 'cooked' image.
