Re: Is a 16 85 fast enough??

I thank you all, I use my D200 for my zoo work, its just perfect, I don't print any photos from it, I put the zoo photos on flickr, and e-mail to the zoo, for them to use for their publications, and whatever they decide.

I'm doing more photojournalism type photos, and I just need a fast focusing lens what I have just not fast enough.

And shooting in low light not a real problem.

My D700 is for me to use for my times I feel creative, the D200 is my "old work horse" its 5 years old, and I would not give it up for a new 7k, or 5200, now I might think about it if Nikon releases a D400??? but with the last two camera releases, D600 and D800, and the lack of quality control, by Nikon, I might have already bought my last Nikon camera?

Again thanks, I too think the 16 85 just might be all the lens I need.
