Congratulations on the new camera! I have a D200, but would recommend the D300 over it, which I had until it died on me. The D300 does better in low light than the D200, and has better focus tracking. However, from reading your post earlier, it doesn't matter as much as you don't tend to shoot things that require these things as much, and you've already bought the D200. Also, like someone else said, get an extra battery! My battery life is significantly lower with my D200 than with my D300 I had. (They both use the same battery: EN-EL3.)

Also, we have several azaleas that are blooming here, as well. And our roses are also blooming quite nicely. Things seem to be a tad confused, I reckon!
