I agree with everything Don says.  Also, I think your WB is off a bit - K is too high.  The two shots of the male Mallards appear over saturated.

IMO, the shot of the Canada geese has the most potential.  I'd crop out all but the two geese at the top.   Still not a great shot because they are flying away from you, but ....

Very simple post processing (WB, cropping and leveling) can improve most photos significantly - especially when starting out.
