Kendra as you're looking for excellent glass at budget money I can recommend you find a MkI 40-150 (That's mark ONE)

Sure, you've got the focal range covered but I still think this is about the best price-to-cost lens available right now.

Seeing that he has a 12-60,  I doubt he'd need anything else in that range.  The 12-60 is a B-E-A-UTIFUL lens and it's always mounted on one of my Oly cameras. Interestingly enough I actually used the 12-60 and 70-300 lens combo (mounted on different cameras) for a shoot this weekend (12-60 on my E520 and 70-300 on my E620).  12-300 mm of range from a kit that's still light enough to walk around with easily.
