Cant imagine a sticky plastic wrap on a focus screen was likely static film.

Before turning your camera upside down insert a piece of lens tissue in case your original screen falls too far and scratches. Have other pieces of lens tissue handy in case you need to handle the screen.

And you'll need a blower

If your eyes are not so good, get someone with good eyes to do it.
