I have no most prized lens. It all depends for which purpose, subject and circumstances which lens is used. If it comes to fast taking pictures, I'll take one of my AF zoom-lenses. If I have more time to spend taking images and subjects are steady more or less, I like manual lenses much better in using it (Voigtländer + Nikkor AIS)

But the lens that amazed me the most ever for its rendering, contrast, color, bokeh and freedom of lens errors, is the new Zeiss Apo Sonnar T* 135mm f/2 when I made several test images at the Photokina with this lens. Definitely on my wish list.
