+1 on the bottom studs.

Although that got me thinking that it may be  a very cunning marketing ploy on the part of Billingham. I hadn't really considered the brand until I saw one close up. I was in a cafe when I noticed someone put their Billingham bag on top of the table behind me. First I noticed the Leica he pulled out of it, then the bag. With studs on the bottom, the bag would have been rested on the floor and I would never have seen it.

For those unlucky enough not to have one, a Billingham bag really needs to be seen in the flesh. Photos don't do it justice.
