What is color bleed in the XZ1?

Is this: chromatic aberration? noise (blooming? Is blooming light spill at the sensor cell?) over-saturation? noise reduction (it seems to be less on the raw files.)?
Yes, I mostly take pictures, but I"m curious about this.
This is simply a general effect of all Bayer-patterned sensors with low-pass filter:
The color of each pixel in the image is calculated from primary colored (i.e. blue, green, red) photo sites on the sensor.
So don't worry, this is totally normal.
