Any of these would be an improvement since the pentaprism is better than the pentamirror. Having looked through all three of these I'd say they are quite comparable. But for your goal of focusing buying a model with live view (and using that to set focus) is probably the easiest way to go. There's also adding a proper focusing screen like a KatzEye to your existing camera.

Of course there is also full frame, plus possibly a KatzEye, but this is a much higher cost. My experience as a 50 year eyeglass wearer (and half of that with bifocals) that there is no good solution there unless you can get a prescription viewfinder optic and go without glasses altogether.
