What is color bleed in the XZ1?
The young woman in Olympus tech support I talked to was very nice and patient but her answer was, Don't blow it up so much. Yes, Virginia, I know, the smaller the print, the fewer flaws you'll see. Duh.
Actually, she did answer the most important question; she waited on the phone for me to send her a jpeg, looked at it, checked it with a photo editor, and told me that was normal for the camera and, by the way, my focus, mode, shutter speed, and af mode were inappropriate for this picture, and it would have been sharper if I used flash, but, hey, the camera is as normal as you and I.
The uber tech guy she passed me on to explained that, when I enlarged a part of a picture, I lost information because, duh, there was information in the part I didn't print.
