Damaged files in Lightroom

I just went to Lightroom to look at some edits for a client. In Lightroom 4.2 in the develop module Lightroom says that file is unsupported or damaged (DNG file). I have check into other folders from recent shoots and I am getting the same issue. I thought that I was getting corruption from power issues in the recent storm. But I thought I would take a look at the Kapersky anti-virus reports to see if there was any issues on my system. The AV reports noted processing errors when going through approximately 3,000 DNG files.

Any thoughts on how to get this mess fixed. I can copy over the files from the backup drive as it appears that it did not touch those drives. I have already changed the configuration setting of the Kapersky AV to only scan the C: drive going forward.
