Red Rock Park and Deer
In my on going quest of trying to talk myself out of purchasing a DP2M I took my 28mm F:1.8 lens up to Red Rocks to do some more test shots. Just as I got to the park I ran into a group of deer and forgot about the lens test and grabbed the 50-500 mm OS lens and started to chase deer. Here are a few of the shots.
I finally did grab a few shots with the 28 mm lens, although, after chasing those deer, I must admit I did not have the enthusiasm for lens testing I left home with. Here is one shot from the set:
Verdict: The 28 mm is pretty good, but does not come close to the DP2M or the 24-70mm at 30 mm.
