Hmm, all looking a bit dark to me. There's a lack of definition on the building and the sky is very dark. My preference would be to take the shot closer to sunrise/set in order to make the most of the crossover light, the aim being to balance the sky with the interior artificial light.

If you get it right, you only need the one exposure but its a relatively short working window of opportunity.
