1/60s or 1/200s shutterspeed makes very little difference in studio shooting with studio lights because usually ambient light is very low in a studio. Most if not all the light comes from the studio strobes. That's why most studio lights don't have high speed sync systems. I usually shoot below 1/125s. This changes dramatically with outdoor shoots, of course, where you are essentially trying to balance ambient light and strobe light. That's where shutterspeed plays a bigger role.
