Absolutely!

On printers such as the R3000, R3800 and R3800 as well as most PRO large format printer, it is imperative that every so often you remove the carts and give them a bit of a shake to make sure the pigment particles are keep in suspension. Though the pigment particles are pretty much bouyant neutran in the base liwuid, they will wtill settle eventually.
