I would download:

Photo Ninja

Topaz DeNoise

Neat Image

Imagenomic Noiseware

and try them all to see which handles the noise from your camera the best and which look you prefer best.

I use Noise Ninja 3 which comes with the excellent Photo Ninja ( which will soon also be a Photoshop plug-in). It handles noise completely different to Noise Ninja 2 and I much prefer it.

These NR programs can be quite expensive, up to $100 which I guess is OK if you take a lot of high ISO shots or like to have a lot more control over how the NR works. Personally I like to keep NR to a minimum and don't like to spend a long time on one photo so I feel like spending $100 on NR software wouldn't be good value for money. Instead I just upgraded to Photo Ninja for $97 and got an excellent raw converter as well.
