Linux raw converter problem on a57 raws

I just downloaded and installed Aperture Linux, which is basically a distribution that comes with a collection of photo and video editing software.

I attempted using Raw Therapy, Darktable and another raw converter that were installed, but they all had the same problem: any raw files I opened were displayed with a serious blue cast and extremely low contrast. And I wasn't able to adjust any settings to get those photos look right.

When I loaded them in Lightroom 4 under Windows, all raw files from the a57 looked great, without the above problem.

Anybody has any ideas?
