i did some research and it looks like JIS would be the most accurate type of driver. stands for Japanese Industrial Standard. they're designed not to cam out and phillips drivers would damage these types of screws.

I've got this set http://www.amazon.com/Screwdriver-JIS-Type-Plastic-Handle/dp/B002R88514/ref=cm_cr_pr_pb_t and it fits the body and lens screws perfectly.  I use it to alter the orientation on my 24 PC lens and my screws still look pristine.
