NEX F3 Owners
I just got mine. I had decided to move up from my S95, and lots of reading had led me to the NEX format rather than to the four thirds format, primarily because I wanted the APS-C sensor. I wanted a tilting LCD and I wanted a pop-up flash. The whole point was to have an easily transportable camera that could still provide DSLR image quality. The NEX 6 might seem to be the camera for me, but I have two kids in college, and I didn't want to spend that much. So last weekend when I saw the F3 at Target for $499, I decided it was meant to be.
I'm still learning the camera, but what I'm finding is fulfilling my expectations. Reviewers sometimes criticize the menu system, but I have not found it difficult to learn at all. The shots I've taken are sharp with good color. I can hardly wait to get to know it better. This camera represents great value.
