Thanks  to faster glass, the camera would likely select ISO 800.

I photographed a party with the Zeiss a few weeks ago. My 5N was set in Aperture Priority, f/2 at ISO 800. Shutter speeds were 1/60 to 1/80. The results were very pleasing. The contrast on the Zeiss is much better than the 18-55. Also shooting open you get some nice separation. In my experience using ISO 3200 indoors, people's faces get a nasty red tint, even with manual WB. Shooting RAW is recommended.
