Poll - Best image quality, smaller than APS-C; A) Good light, B) low light

This is an opinion poll post.

I'd like to know in your subjective opinion, what camera available today, that has a sensor smaller than APS-C,  produces the best image quality?

Its a 2 part question;

A) best image quality in "good light" (let's call that anything enabling ISO 200 or less, and

B) "low light" (let's call that anything requiring ISO 800 or above.

There are no other considerations.
