because better the lower noise the better for us to take better quality picture. It would make many customer happy. Sony need to catch up to Canon, Nikon and Pentax.

...or Canon, Nikon and Pentax need to catch up to Sony? It depends...
It's not as easy as you think! It's also questions according to the law of physics, what is nothing to do with a particular brand.
To decrease noise means acting in different ways... Better controlling: submicron particles, quantum yield and so on... When R&D progress in one direction, they supposedly regress in an other ones...
Brands like Pentax and Canon, cheat a lot with treatment in-camera to decrease noise and to optimize the signal, BUT in the reverse side of the coin, they supposedly having problems what occur with colour fidelity in all ISO amplification range. As a reprographer, you can know better in PP when is no room enough to achieve a job well...
At this point, Sony don't fail imho.
BTW, noise from the A99 and the generation next, is not a problem since we know the pros tend to work at native sensitivity.

Kind Regards,
