Impossible to say it that's normal or not.

That depends on how often you change lenses or remove the lens just to have a look, and also depends on how dusty the environment is where you are using your camera and which lenses are you using. Zooms work as vacuum cleaners, they suck in air and with the air also the dust, so unless your zooms are sealed, they can suck in some dust. Anyway, as long as the dust does not show up in your images, why care? Also, you can easily clean by blowing into the mirror chamber with a rocket blower.

Another thing is that dust on mirror always looks worse and frightening...
