Off camera flash with E-M5 and FL 300R : few questions
I would like to control 2 FL-300R small flash with OMD EM5 and its small flash on top of camera.
1/Is remote control of the two flash (off camera flash) working properly outside were light level is relatively high (the purpose is to light the shadows which could be very dark or create cross lighting and underexpose the sky a little)
2/ Can the system work at a distance of 3 to 4 meters (13 feet)
3/ Power of the flash on the camera : can you set the power low enough so that it will not interfere with the off camera flash that are supposed to be the two main lights ?
4/ when the flashes are set at 1/4 th power, what is the recycle time in seconds ?
5/ same question when at full power
6/ what power range can be set on these small units ? Do they go from 1/128th to full power ?
Has anybody tried these small and light units for outside portraiture ? What are the limitations of the system (obvisously the batteries are small and this is not for an complete afternoon of shooting...) Is the system working well and reliable in full light ?
Thank you for the information.
