To be more specific it is pixel density and focal length that determine effects of camera shake at given shutter speed. And FX cameras requires 1.5x focal length than DX for the same angle of view. I think this is why so many people claim that D800 is harder to stabilize hand-held that D7000. Of course it should become equivalent if D800 is used in DX crop unless D800 suffers from extra shutter vibration.
