Yes, your photos are more blurry, but, as far as I can see, it doesn't really seem to be a focus error -- the whole photo, at all distances, has the same amount of "unsharpness", and it doesn't look like a focus error.

It looks more like you are using an art filter (soft glow) or a filter with vaseline smeared on it.

There are expensive "Defocusing control" lenses that achieve a similar effect, which let me think that the lenses inside your lens are misaligned (sorry, I don't really know enough for that).

The very strong chromatic aberrations -- far stronger than on my copy -- also hint to that conclusion.

So try to get another copy, yours is kaputt.

The other photos you linked at are more what one could expect -- after much postprocessing, don't expect those right out of the camera.
