The LC-1 does Fall ...
The Panasonic DMC LC-1 (the twin of Leica's Digilux 2) continues to amaze me with its clarity, sharpness, level of detail, exceptional color rendition and ability to capture the really deep blacks (a shortcoming of so many other digital cameras ... including a great many pro cameras).
Fall shots are something of a cliche, of course, so I rarely take them anymore much less post. But these came out so well, I thought I'd share. These images were also upsized and printed to 16" X 20" with no visible losses; pretty incredible for a "5MP" camera ... and a very good example of what can be achieved when the design emphasis is on the quality of the pixels rather than the number of pixels. The exceptional Leica 28-90mm f/2 lens helps, also.
I hope these images look as good on your monitor as they do on mine.
