You already own one of the best cameras on the market -D600

Go out and enjoy it.

Adding an XE1 will only add bulk. Maybe trade the RX100 in towards an X100 since you want something small, great IQ, and with a VF.

Speaking of VF's, do you even like EVF's? I'd definitely try the XE1 EVF before buying (if possible) because you might not care for it.

Personally, if I had the money, I'd be shooting a D600 / Xpro1 combo. D600 for nature, macro, and portraits. The Xpro1 for travel, and street photography, or for when I want something that doesn't scream out to the world HEY LOOK AT ME WITH MY GREAT BIG DSLR, I'M TAKING YOUR PICTURE!! Or the X100 instead of the xpro1, but that depends on your needs.

IMO, if you can afford it, I'd sell the Tamron and buy the new Nikon 70-200 F4 Vr and a Nikon TC teleconverter. Plus you can crop a little and get even closer when you need a lot of reach.
